Burn-Easy pioneered and patented the horizontal combustion chamber where flames and heat pass over and around the casing rather than from the bottom up:
- Spiral flame action increases burn retention for a complete, clean burn
- Re-burns airborne particles before they reach the flue helping to remove residue
- Rapid incineration reduces fuel consumption.
The patented liner can withstand heat up to 3000 F:
- Also acts as a burner by reflecting heat and distributing it evenly over and around the carcass.
Other characteristics:
- Reduces 100 lbs of carcass to less than 1 gallon of ash
- Several fuel choices are available. LP, natural gas and diesel.
- All units are built with 3/8 ”- ½” steel tanks.
- The reinforced 1 "x 2" bar prevents warping and adds strength to the hull
- Solid welding prevents breakage
- Low loading height allows you to load the unit with little effort
- The overall shipping weight of the unit is very low compared to competitors.
This allows you to unload and move your unit easily without special equipment.
The units have been tested by the EPA by various independent air quality companies.
