Tri-cast fattening floor

The Tri-Cast is a cast iron flooring system designed for fattening.

The Tri-Cast grating system is produced from high quality cast iron, it is strong, flexible and most importantly, has a long life.
Thanks to the triangular shape of the bars, the Tri-Cast allows an optimal passage of the droppings and the reduction of ammonia.

In addition, the surface is easy to clean. These factors contribute to impeccable hygiene.

• In addition, it offers maximum comfort when lying down.

• The Tri-Cast Finisher System is manufactured as standard with bars and a space between the bars of 15mm.
• It is also available in various standard lengths up to 2,000 mm self-supporting.

• They are easy to install in a standard installation or in a combined installation (parallel to the corridor) with a steel plinth.
• The optimum standard support is 25mm. If the dimensions of the disposal pit differ, they can be made to a different length and width to measure.

The Tri-Cast as well as the Tri-Bar can be perfectly combined with a solid concrete part.
