Tri-Bar sow slat

Floor for Tri-Bar sows, for individual stalls.

Thanks to its triangular cylindrical shape, the Tri-Bar steel floor offers perfect passage of excreta and thus impeccable hygiene.
As a result, this system allows a reduction of ammonia.

Due to their smooth upper part, they provide an optimal surface to stand on and excellent comfort when lying down.

For the individual stalls of the pregnant sow building or the service building, a cross-sectional, self-supporting, Tri-Bar floor is available, which will be placed above the excrement pit.
It is installed using hinges placed on the edges of the excreta disposal pit.

Following precisely the size of the individual stall, these hinges are located exactly under the side gates, so they do not form an obstacle to the sows.

• It is fitted as standard at the rear with a 120 mm hinged manure trap.
• Apart from the standard dimensions of 600 and 800 mm, the Tri-Bar floor being intended for individual boxes is available in all the desired dimensions.
• It is made of steel for pregnant sows and is available with bars 12 to 15mm wide in combination with a gap between the bars of 12 or 15mm.
