About the Jolco Group  
The Jolco Group brings together several companies specializing in agricultural equipment:  
- Jolco Equipment – solutions for dairy, hog, and poultry farms.  
- Jolco Grain Handling – grain handling, storage, and drying systems.  
- Ventec – high-performance ventilation solutions.

As a representative, you will join Jolco Equipment, but you will offer producers full access to our dairy and grain handling solutions, backed by the expertise of the group's other divisions.

Your role  
You will become the trusted advisor to dairy and grain producers in your territory.  
You will represent Jolco Equipment, while benefiting from the strength, products, and technical support of the Jolco Group.

Main responsibilities  
- Develop and manage a portfolio of dairy and grain handling equipment customers.  
- Prospect new farms and identify potential projects.
- Present our solutions and recommend the most suitable products.
- Collaborate with internal experts to build comprehensive bids.
- Participate in agricultural trade shows.
- Ensure professional follow-up of the sales cycle.

Required profile  
- Sales experience (preferably in agriculture or mechanical equipment).  
- Knowledge of the agricultural sector—dairy and field crops.  
- Independence, resourcefulness, organizational skills.  
- Strong ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms.  
- Ability to build trusting relationships.  
- Valid driver's license.
- Bilingualism (English and French) would be an asset.
